Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop them off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
